Comments: Hank is a great salesman. When I arrived I was driving a car that was pretty upside down with owing more than it was worth. I was not happy with the car at all and wanted a new one. Hank was able to find me a vehicle with ridiculous rebates and those rebates ate up my negative. I think Hank Should be given a medal because he did what other dealerships could not do. Comments: I posted a review on 3/10/12 about a visit I had at this dealership. The vehicle wasn't there and I commented on the lack of communication. Today I got a call from the GM , Mike Hill, and it made me feel like a true valued customer. He explained what the mix up was and I admit that my comments were out of anger.
